We can design the conceptual ideas, render, elevate and paint the picture of your new spaces or renovations.  This can be quite a savings in lieu of having full plans drawn and then adjusted over and over to get what you want. 

Lighting and electrical can be reviewed relative to furniture placement so you don’t end up with a floor outlet where you can’t use it or sit on the sofa and have no way to read a magazine.

Will your window heights accommodate furnishings and natural light while being sensitive to the exterior elevation? By designing both from the outside in as well as the inside out we find that architecture and interior design become harmonious.
